Jenifer Despostao is Director of Residential Sales of La Jolla Capital Group and president of Equity Management. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Jenifer provides her clients with an unparalleled level of knowledge, service and expertise. She has managed numerous aspects of real estate from residential sales and property management to marketing and advertising optimization. Jenifer is well-known for her results-oriented approach having led hundreds of successful transactions for equity investors, corporate clients and first-time buyers. She is well-known for her service, professionalism and integrity.
In 2005, Jenifer relocated to San Diego where her vast knowledge of the real estate industry and tenacity to strive in a new marketplace earned her the top sales agent position at Love and Clapperton Coastal Properties. Prior to joining Love and Clapperton Coastal Properties, Jenifer started her career in 1988 at her family's real estate firm, one of the largest in Arizona. She was quickly recognized for her sales and management accomplishments and rose to Senior Equity Manager. In addition, Jenifer oversaw the development and managed the launch of the corporate real estate website, and played an instrumental role in creating numerous online marketing initiatives. Jenifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Arizona.
Everett Gutierrez is Director of Residential Sales of La Jolla Capital Group. Everett’s professional resume includes a sales position at a Fortune 500 company, as well as several years in the banking industry. While in sales for AT&T, Everett consistently ranked in the upper echelon of sales ranking and customer service. As a Banking Officer for Wells Fargo Bank, Everett regularly placed atop the regional sales standings.
Everett’s educational path began as an Accounting major at BIOLA University in Orange County, a nationally recognized program. Everett finished his undergraduate degree at San Diego State University, with a degree in Comparative Literature and a minor in Philosophy. During his junior year at San Diego State, Everett spent a semester abroad in London, further expanding his mastery of communication and personal relations.
Everett is a member of both the National and California Association of Realtors. Everett possesses an extensive knowledge of the current Real Estate market, having worked on numerous short sale and bank owned transactions, as well as traditional sales between buyers and sellers. Paired with Everett’s mastery of language and communication skills, his comprehensive understanding of the Real Estate market enables him to provide both a professional and personal experience to his clients.
John Swain IV is Director of Residential Sales of La Jolla Capital Group. John is a goal oriented and driven individual that believes excellent customer service and integrity, not commissions, should be the major driving factors during the sales process.
John has over 15+ years in sales with 7 years in Mortgage and Real Estate. During this time he has held several positions in the industry ranging from wholesale account executive, business development manager, to real estate professional. This experience allows him to be able to structure deals from a lender’s perspective and shorten the sales process. John welcomes a challenge and loves to bring his industry knowledge coupled with a hard work ethic, high moral values and his faith to provide the best customer experience.
John is a certified notary public and DRE licensed real estate agent. He holds a CIS degree from Coleman College and continued his studies at San Diego State University.
Michele Sparks is Director of Residential Sales of La Jolla Capital Group. Michele's professional experience spans 11 years consisting of real estate, Fortune 500 sales and human relations. She completed her B.S. degree at Western Washington University with a double major in Psychology and Business Administration.
Michele's warm personal approach gives her an edge in connecting with her clients and understanding their individual needs. In addition, her strong professional sales background has made her an excellent negotiator and keeps her results oriented. Michele always has her client's best interest in mind and is committed to exceeding their expectations.
